GYF Tackle Football: Grades 4 - 8 are eligible for tackle along with 3rd graders meeting a minimum age requirement of 8 years old by 7/31/09. All younger players are eligible to play in the Flag program.

Cheerleading: Open to children who will be entering grades 3-8 in Sep., 2009.

Tackle Football (all ages):

$185.00 Per Player – $350.00 maximum per family

Flag Footbali:

$45.00 Per Player

Cheerleading:

Per family: $100 for the first cheerleader, $80 for the second cheerleader and $60 for the third cheerleader

All players and parents MUST present the following forms to the league during registration. Please download the Waiver of Liability form, Medical Consent form, Medical Clearance form and the appropriate Code of Conduct forms for yourself and your child. Please print, complete and sign your forms, and mail them along with your check and registration form to the address below.
